Request FullFactory account deletion

To request deletion of your FullFactory account and associated personal information, contact Leech Labs at support@leechlabs.io with the subject “FullFactory account deletion”. Use your account email address and identify the workspaces involved. Do not send your password or verification codes.

Ownership and shared records

Tell support if you own a workspace. The database prevents removing its owner without first resolving ownership. Support will need to verify your identity and authority before any irreversible action. Shared calibration history, audit attribution, certificates, and information exported to others need separate consideration. Account deactivation alone is not deletion.

What to expect

This is a support request pathway, not an automatic deletion tool. Ask support to confirm the requested scope, any ownership steps, and what information must remain and why. There is no published guaranteed completion or backup-erasure period. Removing the app from your device does not delete cloud records.
